Brett and I bought our first house very suddenly because of its unbeatable location near downtown Bentonville. I called my dad, and after seeing the existing photos he incredulously said, “Are you sure???”. I knew with our combined vision and skills, we could breathe new life into it and make it just right for our growing family. The challenge was effectively building an entire new house, aside from framing and foundation, for $120k. We met our goal, and it’s been a joy living in our cozy little home.
