I’m an Architect, wife, and mom of two. For more than a decade, I have worked within all levels of residential design, from luxury custom residences to remodels, additions, and workforce housing, giving me a comprehensive perspective on how design serves individuals and families at every stage. I am most passionate about creating architecture that prioritizes client needs, responds thoughtfully to its site, and complements the character of its neighborhood. Every project is an opportunity to find the right solution, one that is functional, enduring, and designed with care, while delivering a process that is organized, collaborative, and centered on service.

Partner and on-call Consultant, both at the firm and at home, Brett provides expertise in construction and planning to ensure our projects are feasible, efficient, and highly buildable. He currently serves as Chief Infrastructure Officer at XNA, overseeing major development projects from concept through completion, and previously managed construction for the Whole Health Institute in Bentonville, AR, giving him a strong foundation in cost estimation, scheduling, constructability, and phasing. With a Master’s in Urban Design, Brett excels in zoning, urban planning, site analysis, and navigating city processes to ensure our projects fit within their regulatory context.

Our two kids keep us on schedule, test our patience, and remind us what really matters. They may not be drafting plans or reviewing design concepts, but their energy, curiosity, and love for everyday life inspires the way we design projects. Their presence at home gives us a deeper understanding of how families live, helping us create spaces that are functional, comfortable, and truly suited to the people who inhabit them.
